LIVE TV SERVICE provides IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels. LIVE TV SERVICE is a distributor for various IPTV providers and does not own or control any video/audio content provided within the subscriptions. Our service is limited to facilitating access to IPTV services, and we do not claim ownership or rights to any of the content.

LIVE TV SERVICE may update, add, or remove channels, VOD, or other features from any package at any time without prior notice.

Usage Conditions

• One Subscription, One Connection: Each subscription is for a single device connection only. Attempting to use the same subscription on multiple devices may lead to permanent termination of the subscription without a refund.
• Device Information: Customers must provide accurate device information (device type, model, app used, and MAC address if applicable) at the time of purchase. If not provided, the default format sent will be m3u, which cannot be changed later.
• Maintenance & Downtime: Our providers may periodically perform maintenance on their servers, which may result in temporary service interruptions.
• Service Limitations: Occasional buffering, freezing, or outages are inherent to IPTV services and may occur. LIVE TV SERVICE is not liable for such issues.
• Substitution Policy: In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute any IPTV package with an alternative.

Subscription Activation
Subscription credentials are generally sent within one business day of receiving confirmed payment. LIVE TV SERVICE’s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed duration, and a screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered email as proof of activation.

Reseller Panels
For IPTV Resellers, LIVE TV SERVICE’s responsibility is limited to activating and providing IPTV Reseller Panel credentials with the agreed credit points. We do not offer additional support for issues related to reseller panels.

Subscription Warranty
LIVE TV SERVICE guarantees that purchased subscriptions will be active for the agreed period. However, we do not have control over third-party server issues, content changes, or service interruptions. For assistance, please contact us, and we will work with you to address issues as best as possible.

Content and Service Packages
LIVE TV SERVICE may add, modify, or remove any packages or channels according to legal regulations or changes from service providers, with or without notice.

Insurance
LIVE TV SERVICE does not provide any form of insurance for services offered.

Payment
