Refund Policy

Digital Subscriptions
Our digital subscription refund policy is outlined below. Refund eligibility depends on the type of subscription you purchased and the time elapsed since your purchase. Refund Conditions:

  • 24-hour trial subscription: Non-refundable
  • 1-month subscription: Eligible for a 50% refund if requested within 3-15 days of purchase
  • 3-month subscription: Eligible for a refund equivalent to 1-month subscription if requested within 3-15 days
  • 6-month subscription: Eligible for a refund equivalent to a 2-month subscription if requested within 3-15 days
  • 12-month subscription: Eligible for a refund equivalent to a 3-month subscription if requested within 3-15 days

Physical Purchases
For physical product purchases, our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
